Curriculum and learning experiences built for scale — from county-wide workforce programs to middle-school competitions, summer intensives, and university classrooms.
Built a county-wide AI literacy program from zero to adoption, setting a shared baseline for 4,000+ public-sector employees. Scoped learning outcomes around practical judgment — data literacy, bias recognition, and responsible use — and structured the experience so non-technical staff could apply it directly in their workflows.
Created a competition-style AI literacy curriculum that moves middle-schoolers from consumers to informed users. Learners analyze how AI shapes information, build small working models, and reason through ethical trade-offs — all grounded in decisions they already make online.
Partnered with Citi Bank to build a data-science and machine-learning talent pipeline for Bronx Science School students. Designed and taught a project-based curriculum that prepared learners for competitive internships; students completed full project cycles from data cleaning to model evaluation and left with portfolio work they could defend in interviews.
Led course architecture and assessment design for six university-level courses, working alongside professors and curriculum developers to translate expertise into sequenced, measurable learning. Focused on aligning outcomes, activities, and evaluations across disciplines.
